On your first day, you will be transferred from Cochin Airport to your hotel in Munnar via a private, air-conditioned vehicle. After settling in at Golden Munnar Palace by Hawk Hospitality for a 2-night stay, you will enjoy a sightseeing tour of Munnar, including a visit to the beautiful Valara Waterfalls. A complimentary guided spice plantation tour is included where you’ll explore a spice garden with tea and cookies, and learn about local spices such as cardamom, pepper, and cinnamon. Lunch will be served at Clay Oven Restaurant en route, offering authentic Kerala cuisine served on a banana leaf. Throughout your stay, a multilingual Tour Manager will be available to assist you.
Day two includes a private AC sedan for a 4-hour sightseeing tour around Munnar. Key attractions you will visit are Tata Tea Museum, Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, and Echo Point. You’ll start the day with breakfast at your hotel, and the rest of the day will be filled with the scenic beauty and cultural highlights of Munnar.
After breakfast and checking out from your Munnar hotel, you will be transferred to Thekkady. Upon arrival, you will have 2 hours of sightseeing that include Periyar Lake and the Spice Garden. You will stay overnight at The Mountain Courtyard Thekkady in a Tamarind room with a balcony. Included is a complimentary hi-tea with tea or coffee and snack options. For couples recently married, a honeymoon package with a fruit basket is also available. Activities include a serene 1-hour boat ride on Periyar Lake, a Kathakali dance show in the evening, and a Kerala martial arts show (Kalaripayattu) showcasing local traditions.
Following breakfast and hotel checkout in Thekkady, you will be transferred to Alleppey for a 2-hour sightseeing tour including Alappuzha Beach and Mullakkal Rajarajeswari Temple. You will check in at Classic Regency for a 1-night stay. Lunch is included. Later, enjoy a 4-hour hop-on hop-off houseboat tour on Vembanad Lake. This scenic cruise lets you experience Kerala’s famous backwaters and local lifestyle, with stops at various villages and the chance to try fresh palm wine. The boat experience includes music, snacks, and a complimentary gift upon disembarking.
On your final day, after breakfast and checking out of your hotel in Alleppey, you will be transferred privately back to Cochin Airport for your departure flight.
